Haleon PLC - Weybridge, Surrey-based consumer healthcare products - Says Pfizer Inc representative and Non-Executive Director, David Denton, stepped down from Haleon’s board on Wednesday following the reduction of Pfizer’s stake in Haleon to below 20% and in line with the two firms’ relationship agreement. Current Chief Financial Officer of J Sainsbury PLC Blathnaid Bergin will join the Haleon board as non-executive director on February 24.
