Dialight PLC on Monday announced the immediate departure of its chief financial officer, about a year after its former CFO also immediately left.
The London-based heavy industrial LED lighting company has rescheduled its interim results for the six months ended September 30, due to the resignation of CFO Carolyn Zhang.
Zhang is stepping down with immediate effect ‘for personal reasons’.
Non-Executive Director Nigel Lingwood, the chair of the board’s audit committee, will oversee the interim results’ finalisation.
Dialight said its search is underway for a replacement CFO, while it reiterated that its performance has been in line with management’s expectations.
In September last year, Clive Jennings had resigned as CFO with immediate effect at the time.
Separately, in September this year, Dialight said a jury in New York awarded it about $9.6 million in damages regarding Sanmina Corp’s breaches of contract. Sanmina is a San Jose, California-based electronic manufacturing service company.
Dialight shares were down 5.1% to 120.02 pence each on Monday afternoon in London.
