Frasers Group PLC - Shirebrook, England-based owner of the Sports Direct, Frasers and Flannels retail chains - Founder and 73% shareholder Mike Ashley pledges 26.6 million Frasers shares, a 5.9% stake and worth about £200 million, to HSBC Private Bank as security for a derivatives trading facility.

Spectris PLC - London-based supplier of precision instrumentation and controls - Three directors buy 21,664 shares in total on Tuesday. Chair Mark Williamson buys 12,116 shares at 2,476.03p, worth £299,996. Non-Executive Director Mandy Gradden buys 7,898 at 2,506.62p, worth £197,973. Chief Financial Officer Angela Noon buys 1,650 at €30.60, worth €50,490.

Hiscox Ltd - Hamilton, Bermuda-based business insurance provider - Chief Executive Officer Aki Hussain and CFO Paul Cooper each buy 10,000 shares at £10.23, worth £204,600 in total, on Thursday. Hiscox provided a trading update on Thursday, saying insurance contract written premiums increased by 3.0% in the third quarter from a year before, but it expects to take a $75 million hit from Hurricane Milton in the fourth quarter.

Mears Group PLC - Gloucestershire-based provider of services to UK housing sector - CFO Andrew Smith buys 25,000 shares at average 363.67p, worth £90,917, on Wednesday. Smith now has 407,890 shares, a 0.5% stake.

Georgia Capital PLC - Tbilisi-based investor in Georgian businesses - Non-Executive Director Neil Janin buys 8,001 shares at £10.60 to £10.90, worth £86,171, on Monday and Tuesday.

Conduit Holdings Ltd - Bermuda-based reinsurance provider - CEO Trevor Carvey buys 15,000 shares at average £4.86, worth £72,919, on Wednesday. Carvey now is interested in 590,557 shares.

Alkemy Capital Investments PLC - investment vehicle for critical minerals sector - Chair Paul Atherley buys 86,845 shares at average £0.82, worth £71,213, on October 24 to 31. Atherley now has 3.4 million shares, a 39% stake.

Supermarket Income REIT PLC - London-based real estate investment trust for grocery properties - Non-Executive Chair Nick Hewson buys 75,000 shares at £0.69, worth £51,600, on Wednesday. Hewson now has 1.4 million shares.

Adriatic Metals PLC - Vares silver mine in Bosnia - CEO Laura Tyler buys 23,811 shares as Chess depositary interests at A$4.20, worth A$100,006, about £51,220, on Tuesday in Australia. Tyler was confirmed as the Sarajevo-based permanent CEO & managing director for Adriatic Metals last month, having been interim CEO since August.

Asos PLC - London-based online-only fashion retailer - Chief Financial Officer Dave Murray buys 5,800 shares at £3.46, worth £20,167, on Tuesday. The shares are his only holding, having joined Asos in April. Asos on Tuesday reported lower revenue and a wider annual loss, but said it is on track with its ‘back to fashion’ turnaround strategy.
