Camellia PLC - Kent, England-based agricultural firm - Notes announcements by United Finance Ltd and United Insurance Company Ltd, its Bangladesh-listed associate companies operating in the finance and insurance sectors. Confirms that certain of its subsidiaries have agreed in principle to sell their entire holdings in United Finance and United Insurance Company by way of block trades on the Dhaka Stock Exchange, subject to receipt of required regulatory approvals in Bangladesh.
