Wilmington PLC - London-based provider of information and training for governance and risk & compliance - Acquires Phoenix Health & Safety Consultancy UK Ltd for a total of £30.3 million, plus additional considerations dependent on Phoenix Health & Safety’s financial performance over the next three years.
