Brave Bison Group PLC - London-based digital advertising and technology service provider - Completes capital reduction to allow dividend payments. A capital reduction is an accounting exercise that frees up distributable reserves, which in turn can be used to pay dividends and make share buybacks. Brave Bison says its capital reduction, which was approved by shareholders back in June, has increased its distributable reserves by £158.4 million. ‘Whilst there is no current intention to return any amounts to shareholders, the board intends to keep this under review and wishes to be able to proceed if this is thought to be in shareholders’ interests,’ Brave Bison explains.
Current stock price: 2.10 pence for £27.1 million market capitalisation.
