Graft Polymer (UK) PLC - London-based developer and producer of alloyed polymers, biological supplements and drug delivery systems - Says that its partner, Awakn Life Sciences Corp, has entered a research agreement with the University of Nottingham. The research will be conducted in vivo, and will evaluate the potential of Graft Poylmer and Awakn’s aminoindane new chemical entity co-lead series to enhance social cognition and pro-social behaviours. Chief Executive Officer Anthony Tennyson says: ‘This is a significant step forward in our joint programme with Awakn. The in vivo testing at the University of Nottingham will be pivotal in assessing the therapeutic potential of our novel aminoindane compounds, bringing us closer to addressing the unmet needs in trauma-related mental health disorders.’

Doric Nimrod Air Two Ltd - Guernsey-based investment firm focused on the leasing and resale of aircraft - Notes previous announcement that it agreed to sell its remaining five Airbus A380-861 aircraft to Emirates. Accordingly, confirms that sale proceeds of £30.7 million have now been received, with title successfully passing to Emirates. For the company’s two remaining Airbus A380-861 aircraft, operating leases will continue as contracted until the respective lease end dates. Doric Nimrod intends to provide further updates in due course regarding the distribution of total sale proceeds, as anticipated in the August announcement.

Strategic Minerals PLC - London-based mineral explorer & producer has a portfolio of projects in the US, UK, and Australia - Provides update on quarterly Cobre sales to September 30, says sales revenue rises to $1.3 million from $404,000 a year prior. Adds that ‘very strong sales levels’ are now being maintained, with full-year sales expected to exceed $4.5 million. Explains that it continues to benefit from the return of Cobre’s major client and the addition of a ‘substantial new client’.

Agronomics Ltd - investor in cellular agriculture - Says that its portfolio company, Liberation Labs Holdings Inc, has raised a further $3.5 million via a secured promissory note, including a $2.0 million subscription from Agronomics using its own cash resources. The note pays interest at 10% per annum and matures on October 10, 2027. Liberation Labs has also received a $1.4 million award under the US Department of Defense’s distributed bioindustrial manufacturing program. This will go towards conducting a detailed feasibility study for the addition of a flexible-use, commercial-scale 4 million litre biomanufacturing facility adjacent to its launch facility.
