Volution Group PLC - Crawley, England-based energy efficiency and indoor air-quality solutions - Chief Executive Officer Ronnie George and wife Lynsey George sell 2.3 million shares at £5.60, worth £12.9 million, on Friday last week. The shares sold represent a 1.2% stake in Volution. The Georges still have 1.7 million shares, a 0.9% stake. Ronnie George ‘remains fully committed to Volution’ as CEO, the company says.

Supreme PLC - Manchester, England-based maker and supplier of fast-moving consumer goods such as batteries, lighting, vaping, and wellness products - CEO Sandy Chadha sells 1.6 million shares at 160 pence, worth £2.6 million, on Friday. Supreme says the sale is ‘to an institutional shareholder to meet investor demand’. Chadha retains 65.7 million shares, a 56.3% stake.

Raspberry Pi Holdings PLC - Cambridge, England-based budget computer maker - Thomas Lynn, an associate of Director of Communications Helen Lynn, sells 37,500 shares at £3.80, worth £142,350, on Thursday last week.
