Bisichi PLC - London-based mining company - Appoints former UK minister Stephen Crabb as a non executive director, starting from November 1. Crabb served as a member of parliament from 2005 to 2024 and held various roles including secretary of state for Wales, and secretary of state for Work & Pensions. Prior to this, he was policy manager at London Chamber of Commerce.

‘His expertise in policy, advocacy and communications as well as his proven ability to work in complex settings and deliver results makes him an excellent addition to the board,’ says Andrew Heller, chair & managing director at Bisichi.

‘Stephen’s knowledge and experience will bring a new perspective to the group‘s strategy of growing the company’s existing and future spread of business interests and investments,’ he adds.
