Alumasc Group PLC - Kettering, England-based supplier of building and engineering products - Says effective December 16 David Adams to join as managing director of the Water Management division and a member of its divisional operating board. Adams previously served as divisional managing director at RMD Kwikform and Knauf Insulation and was most recently as chief executive officer of Mabey Hire Ltd. Alumasc notes the Water Management division is the companies largest, making up 48% of group revenue, with a compound annual growth rate in underlying operations of 12% over the last five years. He will replace Alumasc Chief Executive Paul Hooper who has held the interim role since 2019.

Hooper says: ‘Alumasc’s Water Management division has grown significantly over the past five years and this addition to our team will support continuing strong momentum for that business. David has proven experience in delivering growth throughout his career and will, I’m sure, make a very positive contribution.’

Current share price: 290.00 pence, closed up 2.3% in London on Friday
