At the same time Chief Executive Officer Scott Fawcett bought 10,479 shares at 142.3p for around £14,912, and Chief Financial Officer Jack Clarke bought 8,710 at 142.64p for approximately £12,425.

Chair Designate Good was appointed with effect from July 1 to succeed Chair Paul Lester, who will stand down from his role on November 1 after the four-month induction and handover period.
