Darktrace PLC - Cambridge, England-based cybersecurity provider - Noting that all conditions relating to the regulatory and antitrust approvals have been satisfied, Darktrace expects its takeover by Thoma Bravo LP to complete on October 1. The court hearing has been set for next week Tuesday. The $5.32 billion deal, announced back in April, was approved by Darktrace shareholders in June.
