Notice proposes that it ‘cease making new investments and prioritise the timely return of capital to shareholders’ through available cash and liquid investments, ‘seek to protect value and deliver an orderly realisation of illiquid investments’ and review operating costs to increase free cash flow for shareholder distribution. Further, requests no changes be made to the investment management agreement without shareholder approval. Lastly, proposes James Ede-Golightly be appointed as a company director. He is current non-executive director of drug-developer Silence Therapeutics PLC and Chair of patient monitoring platform Oxehealth Ltd, chemical surface treatment developer Oxeco Ltd and consultancy firm ORA Global Ltd, among other appointments.
