Good Life Plus PLC announced on Wednesday that it has agreed a ‘landmark’ distribution partnership agreement with one of the UK’s largest mobile network operators.

The luxury prize draw and rewards provider said the deal will provide it with ‘unprecedented’ exposure to tens of millions of potential new users, which it expects will ‘significantly’ boost the number of subscribers using the company’s platform.

In return, the terms of the agreement state that Good Life Plus will offer premium promotions on an exclusive basis on behalf of the partner.

Chief Executive Officer Charlie Chadd said: ‘We are delighted to announce the completion of our first brand partnership with a leading name in the European telecom industry. Our platform is built for rapid scalability, and this agreement marks a significant milestone for both parties. We hope this will be the first of many such partnerships, each with the potential to accelerate our growth, as we actively explore opportunities through both established and emerging channels.

‘Strategic collaborations with blue chip brands and media partners, complemented by our direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns, are expected to greatly enhance our market presence and drive subscriber growth. Our focus on seizing new opportunities while leveraging our proven, revenue-generating model represents a low-risk strategy that positions us for sustained, long-term success.’

Shares in Good Life Plus were up 3.3% to 3.15 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
