Lighthouse Properties PLC - Mauritius-based property investor previously named Lighthouse Capital Ltd - Sells additional 224.1 million shares in Hammerson PLC on market for R 1.45 billion. Last month, it disposed of an additional 111.1 million shares in Hammerson for R 765.6 million. The sale is part of Lighthouse’s plan to dispose of up to 634.5 million shares in Hammerson over the next 12 months from May.
