Escher Group Holdings Ltd plans to return to the London Stock Exchange, Sky News reported Thursday.

The Dublin-based software development company focused on e-commerce delivery is set for a potential flotation later this year, with a 2025 listing viewed as more likely.

The company, which supplies software to post offices globally, used to be listed on London’s AIM market. It was taken private in 2018 by London-based Hanover Investors amid a deal valued at around £35 million.

A spokeswoman for Escher said the company was not currently a supplier to the UK Post Office, but said the US postal service was a current customer.

She did not comment on the timing or details of a flotation.
