Altona Rare Earths PLC - Africa-focused resource exploration and development - Martin Wood will step down as non-executive chair on Saturday, having served four years on the board. Wood oversaw Altona’s move from the Aquis Stock Exchange to the London Main Market last year. Altona says it will make an announcement about a new chair ‘in due course’.
