Kingswood Holdings Ltd - London-based wealth and investment management company - Kingswood Capital Partners LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kingswood US LLC, which is just over 50% owned by Kingswood, enters into a foreign finders agreement with KPI (Nominees) Ltd. For each referral made by KPI to KUS, a proportion of the fees generated by that introduction will be payable by KUS to KPI. The fee is agreed by KUS and KPI on each introduction, and payable by KUS to KPI upon success. Referral fees payable are capped at $5 million per annum.
