Jadestone Energy PLC - Asia-Pacific focused upstream oil and gas company - Says Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Bert-Jaap Dijkstra decides to leave the company in order to pursue other career opportunities and repatriate back to the Netherlands. Dijkstra will remain in his post during the publication of half-year results and the scheduled September redetermination of the company’s reserve-based lending facility. The company will immediately commence a search for his replacement.

Mark will lead the group and directly oversee the Amino division.
