MobilityOne Ltd - Kuala Lumpur-based e-commerce payment solutions provider - Says 2023 results will not be finalised ahead of deadline on June 30. Says auditors in UK and Malaysia require further time and results will be published by end of July.

Expects to report 2023 revenue of £241.6 million, up from £233.76. Says this is a result of ‘increased demand from the group’s main products and services, namely the mobile phone prepaid airtime reload and bill payment business through the group’s banking channels (i.e. mobile banking and internet banking) and electronic data capture terminals as well as third parties’ e-wallet applications.’

However, as a result of an increase in cost of sales, administrative expenses, finance costs as well as the company’s share of its 49%-owned associated company’s loss, namely Sincere, expects to report loss after tax of £1.4 million, versus a profit of £16,628.
