Spirax-Sarco Engineering PLC - Cheltenham-based manufacturer of pumps and steam management systems - Confirms name change to Spirax Group PLC. The rebrand was announced back in February. At the time, Spirax said the change reflects the ‘development of the company over many years into a larger and stronger group of three aligned businesses with differentiated and complementary capabilities.’ The three businesses it referred to are Steam Thermal Solutions (previously Steam Specialties), Electric Thermal Solutions and Watson-Marlow Fluid Technology Solutions.
