The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

NetScientific PLC - life sciences focused investor - Invests in Wanda Connected Health Systems Ltd, platform for remote patient monitoring and virtual care operating in the UK and US. It snaps up a 30% stake. In 2019, NetScientific sold its 90% interest in Wanda’s US operation to Disruptive Growth Investments Ltd, or Deeptech, as it was ‘no longer in a position to provide financial support to Wanda US’. Deeptech was managed by EMV Capital, now part of NetScientific. The firm adds: ‘The NetScientific Directors believe that the Wanda business has now been materially de-risked, having made significant commercial and operational progress, underpinning significant growth prospects, placing it in a stronger position than in 2019. The board is accordingly delighted for the Group to be in a position to re-acquire a strategic stake in Wanda, providing it with exposure to the fast-growing remote patient monitoring market.
