4imprint Group PLC on Wednesday said it expects annual results in line with expectations, as its finance chief prepares to leave.

Ahead of its annual general meeting on Wednesday, the London-based marketer and distributor of promotional products said it as delivered a ‘solid operational and financial performance’ in the early part of 2024.

‘Market conditions remain challenging, but we continue to outperform the overall promotional products industry, leading to further gains in market share,’ Chair Paul Moody added.

It noted that revenue in the first four months of 2024 was up 6% over the same period in 2023.

Looking ahead, 4imprints expects a financial performance for the year within the current range of analysts’ forecasts.

‘The board remains confident in the group’s ability to blend good near-term financial results with attractive prospects for significant further organic growth over the medium term,’ Moody added.

4imprint also said that David Seekings plans to leave as chief financial officer before the end of 2025.

The company said it will look for a successor as CFO, and Seekings will be involved in this process. His official leaving date will be based on the timing of the hiring of his successor and a transition period, it added.

Shares in 4imprint were down 3.7% to 5,960.00 pence each in London on Wednesday morning.
