RentGuarantor Holdings PLC - London-based provider of rent guarantor services for tenants - Says in the three months to March 31 revenue is up 62% annually, while the number of tenant contracts is up 38%. Average revenue per tenant rises 6.3% to £741.82 from £697.87. RentGuarantor also signs a strategic contract with University Living Accommodation Pvt Ltd in the first quarter. Chief Executive Officer Paul Foy says: ‘These strong statistics are a clear indication of the high demand for our services, which reflects the faith that landlords and tenants are showing in RentGuarantor. We have been further supported by the signing of 29 partnership agreements, including a strategic partnership with University Living, with whom we share the collective goal of helping students find suitable and secure accommodation.’

DG Innovate PLC - London-based research and development company focused on environmental improvements to electric vehicle drive and energy storage technologies - Says Denise Boughtwood, wife of Chief Technology Officer and Executive Director Martin Boughtwood, bought and sold a number of shares in the company between December and April that were not disclosed to the company until April 26. Between December and January, Boughtwood purchase 250,798 shares, and sold 101.1 million shares in March and April. The total consideration for the sale was £152,110.55. DG Innovate says it is investigating whether any other trades were made without its knowledge, and notes that Denise Boughtwood currently holds a total of 365.1 million shares, equal to around 3.6% of the company’s total share capital. Adds that Boughtwood executed the transactions without knowledge of the restrictions that apply to persons closely associated. Says Martin Boughtwood is co-operating with the investigation, but that the board is considering appropriate courses of action with respect to his position as director.

Aura Energy Ltd - clean energy minerals exploration company focused on the development of the Tiris uranium project in Mauritania - Completes the extensional drill programme at Tiris, and identifies two ‘significant’ new areas of shallow and high-grade mineralisation at the Hippolyte South and Sadi regions over 8 kilometre and 2 kilometre strike lengths, respectively. Significant intercepts at Hippolyte South include 3.1 metres at 387ppm U3O8. Significant intercepts at Sadi include 3.4 metres at 266ppm U3O8. Aura has commenced an update to the mineral resource estimate for Tiris, which will be released during the June quarter.

Ondo InsurTech PLC - London-based provider of claims prevention technology for home insurers - Says first deliveries of the smart water leak sensor LeakBot have begun in Cincinnati, Ohio and St Louis, Missouri. This follows a November contract with Nationwide, according to which the latter would offer Ondo’s device to US homeowners insurance customers as part of its Smart Home Program. Nationwide expects to deploy the remainder of the first 6,000-unit order in the next few weeks, Ondo says. Adds that, despite the distribution being unsolicited, the installation rate is ahead of expectations at over 70%. Chief Executive Officer Craig Foster says: ‘We are thrilled that the first Nationwide deployments have gone well, and we are now in homes repairing leaks and preventing claims. Nationwide is a key partnership for us in the United States and we are excited to keep exceeding expectations’.

Blue Star Capital PLC - Crawley, England-based investment company - Says investee Dynasty Gaming & Media Pte Ltd has entered into an agreement with Supercell Oy, through its company LPDY Ventures, a 50:50 joint venture with Lets Play Live. Supercell is a Helsinki-based mobile game developer, with games including Clash of Clans and Clash Royale. Under the terms of the agreement, LPDY will be able to advertise its platform to Supercell’s user base for the duration of the LPL Brawl Stars Asia Pacific tour, an e-gaming competition involving three major events from May 2024. Dynasty believes this deal will drive further registrations to the LPL platform.

Future Metals NL - exploration company focused on projects in Western Australia - Says it has identified multiple sulphide drill targets along the 18-kilometre Alice Downs Corrider at its Panton platinum group metals project. Drilling is planned within the corridor for the forthcoming dry season, which will target new copper discoveries and extensions of known near-surface mineralisation.
