Zenova Group PLC on Tuesday celebrated an ‘earlier-than-anticipated’ expansion to India, via the appointment of Maze Systems through its UK distribution partner, Fire Services Group.
According to the London-based fire safety and heat management product developer, this early arrangement with Maze has already involved the shipment of test samples of its FX500 extinguisher product to India.
Zenova said it would now focus on ‘marketing the FX500 aggressively’, as well as adding Zenova’s larger extinguisher range, as soon as local regulatory approvals are in place.
‘Having already shipped our first consignment of Zenova FX500s into India and received uniformly positive feedback from our new partner Maze, is also further evidence that the cornerstone of our accelerating B2B strategy - the efficient leveraging of distribution partnerships in key markets - is continuing to bear fruit and we expect to undergird order expansion in the second quarter and over the course of 2024,’ said Chief Executive Officer Thomas Melchior.
Zenova Group shares were trading 4.4% higher at 2.25 pence each in London on Tuesday afternoon.
