Quadrise PLC - London-based clean energy technology provider - Completes fundraise for £1.5 million through the placing of 118.9 million shares and a subscription offer for a further 1.1 million shares. Both offers were conducted at an issue price of 1.25 pence per share, representing a 15% discount to the company’s Thursday closing price of 1.47p. The company also announces an open offer for certain shareholder for 82.2 million shares at the same issue price, which it expects to raise an additional £1 million.
