Green has no executive role with that business and the business is not related to Corre. Singapore-registered Procorre LLP was named by HMRC on a ‘list of named tax avoidance schemes, promoters, enablers and suppliers’.
----------
Oxford Nanopore Technologies PLC - Oxford, England-based company, which develops and sells nanopore sequencing products - Says James Willcocks, Clive Brown, and Tim Cowper to leave board, Brown immediately and Cowper and Willcocks later this year. Cowper and Willcocks will not stand for re-election at 2024 annual general meeting. ‘These changes are part of normal board evolution and in line with best practice governance,’ it says. Cowper is the chief operating officer, Willcocks the strategy chief and Brown the chief technology officer. All three will remain in these ‘operational leadership roles’.
