Expects to meet consensus market expectations for the current financial year ending on April 30 of £123 million in revenue, up 18% from £104.0 million in financial 2023, and adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation of £32 million, 19% higher than £27.0 million a year prior. Declares a third quarter dividend of 0.9 pence per share, up 5.9% from 0.85p a year prior. FRP Advisory expects to give an update for financial 2024 in mid-May.
