Pollen Street PLC - London-based asset manager - Reports that the High Court has sanctioned the scheme by which Pollen Street Group Ltd will become the new holding company of Pollen Street PLC at a hearing today. Scheme of arrangement will become effective upon delivery of the court order to the Registrar of Companies, which is expected on January 24.
