Primary Health Properties PLC - London-based healthcare facility investor - Names Harry Hyman, founder & chief executive, as non-executive chair subject to shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on April 24. Hyman will succeed Steven Owen, who will serve as chair until the conclusion of the AGM. Primary Health announced early in September that Mark Davies will succeed Hyman as CEO upon the end of the AGM. Says Hyman’s appointment is in the best interests of the company and all of its stakeholders. Says his term will be a maximum of three years. The company starts a process to recruit a fourth non-executive director.
