Gemfields Group Ltd - London-headquartered gemstones miner and marketer - Says it has bought back 55.6 million shares at an average of R 3.17 each, worth R 176.4 million, since the start of its current buyback programme through to Wednesday, October 18. This represents 4.6% of the issued share capital of 1.21 billion as at November 30, 2022. Gemfields now has 52.8 million shares held in treasury.
