Comptoir Group PLC - owner and operator of a chain of Lebanese restaurants - Financial Director Michael Toon intends to step down, remaining in his role until January 12 to ensure an orderly handover. Says it has commenced a search for Toon’s replacement and will make a further announcement once a successor has been identified.
