Gensource Potash Corp - Saskatchewan, Canada-based fertiliser development company - Completes the closing of its previously announced non-brokered private placement offering at a price of $0.15 per unit. Issues around 4.9 million units to raise $729,538. Proceeds will be used to complete fieldwork on its Tugaske potash project and general working capital purposes. Admission of new shares will become effective, and trading will commence on October 6.
