Haydale Graphene Industries PLC - Carmarthenshire, Wales-based technology solutions company - Raises £5.0 million through the placing and subscription of 1.0 billion shares at the issue price of 0.5 pence each, announced earlier in the day.

Company is also providing retail investors the opportunity to subscribe for up to 200 million retail shares at the same issue price via the bookbuild platform to raise around £1.0 million before expenses. Retail offer is expected to close on September 22.
