Wynnstay Properties PLC - Powys, Wales-based agricultural and specialist merchanting firm - Confirms Christopher Betts was appointed on Friday as managing director, following the announcement in early June that Betts would replace the retiring Paul Williams. Williams also formally retired from the company on Friday.
Chair Philip Collins says: ‘I paid tribute to Paul’s achievements at Wynnstay over his 17 year tenure in our recent annual report... I would like to thank him for his significant contribution to the company’s evolution over this period and to wish him a long and happy retirement. would also like to welcome Chris to Wynnstay. With his considerable and varied experience in commercial property, he will no doubt want to make his own mark in taking the company forward while respecting the distinctive approach that has underpinned the company’s success in delivering results for shareholders.’
