On The Beach Group PLC, up 7.1% at 89.66 pence, 12-month range 81.70p-192.19p. The beach holiday retailer rises amid gains in the travel sector, prompted by positive updates from Tui AG. The Hanover, Germany-based holiday operator says pretax profit in the three months to June 30 was €47.0 million, swung from a loss of €161.6 million a year prior. Revenue grows 19% to €5.29 billion from €.4.43 billion. Looking ahead, the company reiterates its expectations for a ‘strong summer.’

Pod Point Group Holdings PLC, up 3.9% at 32.20p, 12-month range 29.00p-116.00p. The electric vehicle charging infrastructure provider rises, after a poor start to 2023. In the year-to-date the stock is down 50%, whilst in the last 12 months the shares are down 71%.
