Palace Capital PLC - London-based investor in commercial real estate - Plans to repurchase a further 4.3 million shares for no more than £11 million in total. Says this represents around 10% of its issued share capital. Adds it has purchased 4.5 million shares since July 2022. Numis Securities Ltd, a London-based investment bank, will manage the programme.
