Atome Energy PLC - Leeds, England-based producer and marketer of green hydrogen and ammonia - Increases 120 megawatt power purchase agreement for its Villeta project in Paraguay to 145MW. Adds it has entered into a 300MW pre-PPA agreement alongside Paraguay’s national grid for the second phase of the Yguazu project.
Chief Executive Officer Olivier Mussat says: ‘Major progress continues to be made on all levels of the company, with significant milestones being achieved. Whilst we recognise that we have set ourselves a challenging target for a final investment decision at the Villeta Project at or around the end of the year, we are progressing with our technical and funding partners in a systematic manner in order to achieve that goal.’
