Company appoints Feng Zhishuo for both roles with effect from same day. Feng from 2013 to 2018 worked as manager of Technical Department and as acting general manager of China Nonferrous Kabwe Mining Co Ltd (Zambia) and from 2018 to 2019 as geology director of Southeast Orebody of NFC Africa Mining PLC (Zambia).
