Harmony Energy Income Trust PLC - Great Britain-focused investor in commercial-scale battery energy storage systems - Says 20 to 40 megawatt hour project in Farnham, Surrey has been successfully energised and is expected to become fully operational by the end of June. The project is its third to be energised, bringing its total capacity to 129MWh to 258MWh. Says Farnham will be operated using Autobidder, Tesla Inc’s algorithmic trading platform, which it also uses at its Broadditch and Pillswood projects.
Director Peter Kavanagh says: ‘Farnham is our third project to be energised, taking our total operational capacity to 129 MW. Looking ahead, we remain on track to increase the operational capacity of the company’s portfolio to over 300 MW by year end.’
