Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income PLC - London-based energy infrastructure and energy-transition credit investor - Declares dividend for first quarter of 2.0 US cents per share, unchanged from fourth quarter. Says dividend is in line with stated target. Company said in late April it has paid 25.6 cents per share total in dividends since inception in 2019.

Chair Reuben Jeffery says the first quarter ‘was another period of strong performance given the level of deployment and elevated interest rate environment, both key indicators for the company’s returns.

‘On this basis I believe the company is ideally placed to continue delivering compelling risk adjusted returns from existing investments and through new opportunities from our attractive pipeline...the current environment remains highly attractive for the company’s investment strategy.’

Current stock price: $0.89, up 0.3% in London on Thursday

12-month change: up 2.3%
