Caspian Sunrise PLC - oil and gas exploration company operating in Central Asia, especially in Kazakhstan - Says the terms of the charter agreement for the drilling vessel Caspian Explorer, previously announced for 2024 in mid-January, have now been agreed. Says the formal signing is scheduled for late March.

Follows winning of tender to drill a deep well in the Caspian Sea, when a formal contract was expected to be signed by the end of February. In January, Caspian Sunrise said the well is scheduled to be drilled in the summer of 2024, to a planned depth of 2,500 meters. It expects the work to take around two months.

Also on Monday, declares February dividend of 0.0444 pence per share, payable on March 23. This is its fourth monthly dividend and is unchanged from January.

Current stock price: 7.39p, up 3.8%
