Jade Road Investments Ltd - Hong Kong-based investment vehicle - Raises $183,427 gross in equity issue at 0.75p per share. Underwriter had committed to a total $1.8 million, but this has now been reduced to $1.6 million. Back on January 31, Jade Road had announced plans to raise equity finance of up to $1.8 million via a share placing. Says a further announcement will be made following the conclusion of its general meeting on Monday.
