Sosandar PLC - Cheshire, England-based women’s clothing retailer - Closes its previously announced retail offer via bookbuild, which was significantly oversubscribed. Last week, Sosandar announced the offer to raise up to £500,000 through the issue of 2.3 million new shares in the company at 22 pence each.
