XP Factory PLC - entertainment company formerly known as Escape Hunt - Expects to report revenue of £21.9 million for 2022, up significantly from £7.0 million in 2021. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation are expected to be £2.6 million in line with expectations and up from £100,000. Sales for Escape Hunt unit rise by 64% to £9.9 million for the year.
Chief Executive Richard Harpham says: ‘2022 has been a transformational year. We are delighted to have achieved our target of having 27 Boom Battle Bar sites open by the end of 2022 together with the further expansion of our Escape Hunt network.’
XP Factory had said in September that revenue multiplied to £8.1 million for the six months to June 30 from £1.2 million. Loss before taxation was £3.3 million, compared to £2.3 million a year before.
