Panther Securities PLC - London-based property investor - Declares additional special interim dividend of 10 pence per share with respect to 2022. Still expects to declare a 6p final dividend, having already paid a 6p interim dividend. Says special dividend is in response to a strong year for the company, with net asset value rising by about £19 million. Expects to see slight improvement in the value of its investment properties, as well as increased revenue. Most significant for the balance sheet, Panther says, was the removal of liabilities on its two financial derivatives, which the company had reported back in September. ‘The business is financially comfortable, but we appreciate that there is a cost of living crisis,’ Panther says. ‘As such whilst we are in a strong position, the board feels the appropriate response is to return additional funds to our shareholders.’
