ADVFN PLC - London-based operator of financial information websites for private investors - Raises £4.5 million through the issue of 13.7 million new open offer shares and 4.6 million warrants at an issue price of 33 pence per share.

ADVFN first announced the fundraising on December 6, allowing qualifying shareholders to subscribe at an issue price of 33.00 pence per open offer share on the basis of 11 open offer shares for every 14 existing ordinary shares.
