Vistry Group PLC - Kent-based housebuilder - Chief Executive Officer Greg Fitzgerald buys 500,000 shares via Baker Estates Ltd at £5.57, worth £2.8 million, on Tuesday.

Asos PLC - London-based online fashion retailer - Chair Jorgen Lindemann buys 48,000 shares at £5.49, worth £263,520, on Wednesday. He now has 110,052 shares. Asos earlier Wednesday reported a swing to an annual pretax loss of £31.9 million from a profit of £177.1 million, but outlined plans to revive its fortunes under its new chief executive officer, Jose Calamonte.

Alphawave IP Group PLC - London-based connectivity technology provider - Executive Director Sehat Sutardja buys 348,179 shares via Sutardja Family LLC at £1.13 each, worth £446,714, on Tuesday. The family investment vehicle had bought 1.8 million shares on Monday and just over 500,000 shares on Friday last week. It now has 91.5 million shares, a 13.3% stake.

ADM Energy PLC - London-based natural resource investor with assets in Nigeria - CEO Osa Okhomina sells 4.3 million shares at average 0.58p, worth £25,142, on Tuesday. Retains 1.7 million shares, a 0.7% stake. ADM Energy on Monday said Okhomina will leave the company around the end of October, having served as CEO since July 2019.
