One Heritage Group PLC - Manchester-based residential property developer in north-west England - Says it continues to experience industry-wide challenges such as increasing cost pressure regarding building materials and sub-contractor labour shortages. Expects there will be an impairment of two of its development projects.
Chief Executive Officer Jason Upton says: ‘There continues to be a lack of supply of quality residential accommodation in the UK, especially within areas of the North of England which demonstrates that there is a strong demand, despite the cost challenges and pressure that property developers are facing.’
It will release its full year results for the year ending on June 30, 2022 later this month.
