The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Costain Group PLC - Maidenhead, England-based infrastructure contractor - Hires Kate Rock as non-executive director and chair designate. Rock will join the board on November 1 and replace Paul Golby as chair on December 1. Golby’s planned departure was announced back in March. Rock is senior independent director of engineering firm Keller Group PLC and a non-executive director of footwear retailer Unbound Group PLC.
----------
SDX Energy PLC - Europe, Middle East and Africa-focused oil and gas company - Nix Box resigns immediately as chief financial officer ‘in order to pursue other opportunities’. SDX has started to look for a replacement, and Box will remain with the company for a handover. At the same time, SDX promotes Yvon Quillien to chief operating officer, expanding his current role as country manager for Morocco. Quillien joined SDX in March. He previously worked for Shell PLC. The two management changes follow Michael Doyle last week stepping down as chair, replaced by Tim Linacre, a non-executive director, on an interim basis.
----------
Love Hemp Group PLC - London-based cannabidiol products - Robert Smyth resigns immediately as CFO ‘by mutual consent’. Smyth had taken on the role only last week, after Love Hemp confirmed it had paid a fine imposed by Aquis Stock Exchange related to a fundraising issue. Non-Executive Director Anthony Dyer moves over to be interim CFO until a replacement is found.
